Provider credentials
Used by every AI feature in Cost Pilot, not only budget auto-match.Not checked against a list of names, so a newly released model can be used without a deployment. Use Test connection to confirm it exists before switching it on.Only for Azure OpenAI or a self-hosted gateway. Clearing this field returns to the vendor default.
Budget auto-match
These two apply to BOQ rate matching only. Their defaults were measured against that feature, so a future AI feature brings its own rather than reusing these.
Below this score a match is held for review instead of written. Measured default is 70; below 40 a pick is close to a coin flip.

Odoo Category Mapping
Odoo groups spend by product category; Cost Pilot groups it by trade. Likely lines are suggested from shared wording and the kind of spend, and a split can be proposed from the products — nothing is applied until you accept it.
